Blessings of the May to you! What a gorgeous time of quickening as the local medicine plants grow in abundance and the blossom bursts forth like stars in the firmament, the winds scattering it like confetti at this time of blessed and sacred union. Union of sun and earth, union of self and other, union with land and Goddess.
Stroud Goddess Temple had a beautiful Beltane Celebration at Coaley Peak where Priestess Phyllis assisted couples in renewal of hand-fasting vows and all made merry around the May Pole. We were also invited to the Oxford Goddess Beltane celebrations at White Horse Hill where Bliss Magdalena gave a nourishing sound bath and Kate Dineen gave a talk about Cuda and the Cuculatti.
Priestess Bliss continues to officiate at Handfasting Ceremonies and other rites of passage on behalf of the temple for donations to the project, email goddesstemplestroud@gmail.com to arrange your special ceremony with her.
The Wheel of Cuda training: A lovely community is building as we spiral together learning about the different Goddesses who have been worshipped in the Cotswolds. So far we have worked with Cuda, Elen of the Ways and Venus. On each occasion deepening our experience of these Cotswolds through the lens of the different faces and qualities of Goddess. With ceremony, lectures, craft, enquiry on the land, journeying, guided meditation, singing, coming together.
The Temple continues to be a place of community, solace, refuge, inspiration, joy for all those who come seeking a deeper union with Goddess. The Temple is now open 6 days a week for drop-in visitors to meditate, drink tea, search the library, and peruse the shop which has lovingly hand-crafted items from local makers.
The Temple is growing as a focus for honouring Goddess and for it to remain sustainable as a community resource it relies upon your generous donations.

COMING VERY SOON: Goddess Camp May 27th - 29th will be at Earthway which is a beautiful retreat space in the Forest of Dean with access to ancient woodlands and streams and very near the Dreaming Temple of Nodens a place which was sacred to the Romans and the Celts. The camp is a radical participation camp where you all are invited to bring your offerings as well as receive from other participants. It is a part of growing the Goddess Community and all proceeds go to the upkeep of Stroud Goddess Temple and Earthway. Just over a week left until our box office closes for ticket registration to join us at Gloucestershire Goddess Camp 2022! We are opening up Accessible Day Tickets for Elders or Mobility Challenged Folx, these are just £35 for individuals or £50 for a family ticket to include partner and kids. Saturday will be the best value day for this option.
